vBulletin 5 kurulum hatası

Arkadaşlar, vBulletin 5 Localhost Kurulumunda sayfa düzeni bozuk ve Admin cp girdiğimizde sadece img dosyası sorununun çözümünü en sonunda buldum. sorun vbulletin dosyasındaki .htaccess dosyasının txt kısmının silinmesi. Ayrıca uzun araştırmalarımın sonunda windows 7 de kesinlikle wampserver kurmanız gerek yoksa Diğer appserv programında türkçe karakterlerde hata veriyor ve sayfa da ilk türkçe karakterden sonrasını göstermiyor.
Wamp serveri kurun, vbulletin ayarlarını yapın ve kurulumu bitirin. Altta verdiğim dosyayı vbulletin dosyasına atın yani index.php olan yere sorun tamamen çözülüyor. sorunun resimlerini ekliyorum ve daha sonra çözümün dosyası.
